BC Gin As a unique feature, going with leading liquor trends and as homage to our COO, the Beach Club will produce and offer a Beach Club Gin. The recipe for gin based on grain spirit with cold infused botanicals, could be changed after every batch. The Botanicals used reflect a high end flavor profile like Mediterranean herbs and saffron or be driven by local influences like seaweed and local flower pedals and herbs. The name still needs to be determined. The created Gin will be featured at the Sandbar, the Bloody Mary Bar and the chalk board. Event Setup Folder All event setups during the past season have been documented and posted into one folder. During every staff meeting the 10 Day Schedule and upcoming events are discussed, and setups will be pre planned with use of the folder. Further, the folder will be updated after every event. Drop box The Beach Club has its own drop box, which contains every document and table included in this document. Further, all necessary information concerning the daily operation like menus, menu updates, and sequence of service for special events, drink specials, and training material will be available as pdf in the drop box. This enables every employee to check the latest restaurant updates during the bus ride on their way to work. To access the drop box a link will be send to the staff upon arrival.
