BEO

(= Banquet Event Order)

The BEO contents all the necessary information which are needed for preparing, setting up and operating the party.

Our members are planning their events far in advance. They are going to talk to our Catering Manager about everything what they would like to have at their event. The Catering Manager compiles all this information together in the BEO. The pricing will be done from the Chef and the Beverage Manager. After the agreement our members have to sign this sheet with their name and the date. It is like a contract. You are going to find the date, kind of event, time, member name and number, location, address and phone number, attendance of expected guests, food- and staff- requirements, set up & arrangements, housekeeping & valet, beverage requirements, entertainment and of course the accounting assignments on the BEO.

Once all the information is put together the BEO distributed to the different department managers.
