Re-filling The Coffee Machine

From time to time, the packets inside the coffee machine would be empty and they have to

be changed and re-filled in order for the machine to function. The steps are:

1. Take the re-fill package from the back office fridge that is/are needed (milk /

regular coffee / decaf coffee / chocolate).

2. Put up the cover wood for the coffee machine.

3. Open the coffee machine.

4. Take out the empty package.

5. Prepare the new package to the instructions (shake well, take off the plastic, put

the nozzle in place) and put it in the coffee machine.

6. Close the coffee machine and put down the wood cover.

Cleaning

All the drainage plates in these coffee machines need to be cleaned in the dishwasher at the

end of lunch shift and at the end of dinner shift. It is also essential to clean inside the

coffee machine.
