BAR SET UP

The 19 th Hole bar offers a variety of wine and

cocktails. Like every bar, it needs different

types of glasses, starting with wine (red and

white) and champagne glasses, rock glasses,

snifter glasses, martini glasses, tumblers, and

highballs. It also needs some garnish for the

cocktail and the drinks which are:

Cocktail cherries

Orange, Lemon and limes

Lemon and lime twists

Olive and Onion skewers.

In the bar, we need to prepare the mixers such as: sour mix, triple sec, cranberry, tomato and

orange juice, and assorted sodas. The ice bucket needs to be filled and glasses need to be

polished and stocked up.
