Dinner Preparation

1. Prepare 4 trays of condiments, consisting of:

a. Sour cream

b. Chopped chives

c. Deli mustard

d. Dijon mustard

e. Chinese mustard

f. Ketchup

g. Duck sauce

h. Apple sauce

i. Grated parmesan

j. Bacon bits

k. Mint Jelly

l. Cranberry Sauce

2. Set up the yoghurt station, by putting saucers with doilies and yoghurt bowl, as

well as refill the yogurt if it is necessary.

3. Set up the hand towel station with B&B Plates and Lemon Wheels.

4. Refill milk station and cups, teapots, mugs and milk jugs.

5. Refill the glasses in both beverage stations.

6. Prepare steak knives on the side stations.

7. Light the candles on the tables.

8. Put the Vero Water Bottles and the water pitchers on the side stations at 5PM.
