Sports Bar at Frenchman’s Creek 2018

Open the bar

 Unlock all fridges including the beer fridge

 Unlock the bar shelfs and arrange the shelfs accordingly

 Get all the bar mats and distribute over bar counters and work stations

 Place all pouring brands on speed rack ( 2 speed racks)

 Connect the beer kegs

 Fill all the ice wells with the ice from the ice machine in main dining

rooms back office

 Fill the plastic juice containers with the following:

1 Orange juice

1 Cranberry juice

1 Sour mix

1 Fresh Lime juice

1 Bottle of Bloody Mary Mix

 Press half bottle of lemon & lime juice

 Place the juice containers in the speed rack

 Make a bar fruit tray which should consist of the following: o Lemon wedges

o Lemon twists o Lime wedges o Cherries

o Olives (3 per sword) o Onions (3 Per sword) o Orange slices

 Prepare the following beverages in main dining rooms back office: o 1 Container ice tea o 1 Container Cristal light o 1 Container Arnold palmer ( 1/2 ice tea and 1/2 Cristal light) o 1 Jug Raspberry ice tea o 1 Jug Iced Coffee o Place these beverages neatly on the open space on the ice box next to glass washing machine
