Member Preference Procedure The member preferences give the staff the opportunity to personally benefit from engaging with the member and contributing to the company’s success at the same time. The form can be found in the team folder. Every form is to be filled out by the server individually and handed to the captain for revision. Once a week the captain will review the forms, update the preferences in Jonas and file with accounting for the monetary incentive. Before handing the form to accounting accepted forms need to be signed by a manager and the not accepted forms are given to the manager including a reason why it has not been accepted. A copy of the filed member preference forms has to be kept at the Beach Club for future reference.
