Team Contacts What’s App is the general method of communication. Please download the app if you do not have it already. Weekly Staff Meeting The weekly staff meeting is held every Saturday from 3pm to 4pm. The meeting always starts with an outlook of the upcoming ten days and will further discuss recent events. The meeting might be used for additional training and employee endorsement. The assigned captain will take meeting minutes of every meeting and send those to the Sports Bar Manager and Beach Club GM for revision every Saturday. Breaks, Staff Area and Employee Meal At the Main Club staff is provided with lockers and a staff area with couches and picnic tables. To which time an employee takes her break is determined in the schedule and is generally 30 minutes long. Up on the manager’s approval additional breaks may be taken. Every meal is to be consumed in the designated staff area. Eating during service is prohibited due to hygienic reasons. The use of headphones outside of break time is prohibited. Alcohol and Smoking at Work Frenchman’s Creek Beach and Country Club is a smoke free Club. Hence, smoking is only allowed in the designated staff area. Smoking breaks may only be taken in between service and when every employee, smoking and non-smoking, has the opportunity to an equally long break. Request Time Off Every time off request has to be send via email to the outlet manager & Ednalyn, one week prior to the weekly schedule of the off request. Admin Folder & Staff Folder Important paperwork is stored in two folders for admin and staff. The first contains paperwork for captains; the later contains important paperwork for the staff. The last printout of every document is the copy sample. It is everybody’s responsibility to restock the folder before using the last printout.
