EN ISO 374-1:2016 Terminology and performance requirements for chemical risks. Sets out the requirements of the standard. List of challenge chemicals increased from 12 to 18. Gloves no longer have to be tested to EN388 to be classed as chemical. Updated markings. EN 374-2:2014 Determination of resistance to penetration. 2 tests Air and Water leak test to check for holes. EN 374-4:2013 Determination of resistance to degradation by chemicals. Measures a change to the material from before to after the test.

EN ISO 374-5:2016 Terminology and performance requirements for micro-organisms risks. Now includes an additional level for protection against Viruses. EN 16523-1:2015 Determination of material resistance to permeation by chemicals. Permeation by liquid chemical under conditions of continuous contact. Updated from EN374-3. Now includes additional cuff testing for gloves over 400mm in length.
