Trips and Tours

TOUR POLICIES • Registration for tours can be made in person, by mail or over the phone. Payment must be made at time of registration. • Confirmation: Upon registration you will receive a confirmation of dates and times. Those who are registered will be notified if the tour is cancelled. • Deadline is set to secure tickets. If minimum number of participants is not met, tour will be cancelled. • Wait list: If tour is full at the time of inquiry, request can be placed on the waiting list. If a vacancy becomes available, participants will be notified and given seven days to submit fee. • Refund: For a full refund, cancellations must be made prior to registration. A full refund will also be given provided if cancellation can be filled from the wait list participants. Refunds are automatic when tour is cancelled. • We reserve the right to have program flexibility. • Medicine: Participants should travel with at least a 24-hour supply of medication on the event we are unable to return home due to inclement weather or other circumstances.
