В данной ситуации заказчик решил сильно оптимизировать затраты на строительство, наняв для этого относительно экономичного подрядчика. Результатом стало несоответствие постройки проектной документации. / It is an example that proves the formula of good architecture. It has to have the following three components: a wise customer, an inspired architect and a good builder. In this case the customer decided to optimize construction costs by hiring a relatively inexpensive contractor. As a result, the building did not comply with its project documentation, and the construction costs turned out to be higher than expected.
