CORPORATE OBJECTIVES 1. Always recruit, develop and retain the best people through fair labour relations and mobility opportunities; 2. Foster a culture of performance, communication, and engagement; 3. Establish and continuously promote a healthy, safe, and respectful workplace; and 4. Increase investment in employee training to always ensure a knowledgeable and confident workforce.

TACTICAL SUMMARY During the 2025-2026 fiscal year, the CMC demonstrated strong performance in employee retention and workforce development while maintaining a high level of employee wellness. Overall results reflect the organization's commitment to creating a stable, skilled, and supportive workplace environment. KEY HIGHLIGHTS Staff Retention The organization achieved a staff retention rate of 103.5%, exceeding the target of 95%. This exceptional result indicates strong employee engagement and organizational stability, reflecting the success of recruitment, retention, and employee-support initiatives. Maintaining a highly stable workforce contributes to operational consistency, knowledge retention, and the continued delivery of quality services. Learning & Development Investment in employee learning and professional development remained a key focus throughout the year. Employees completed an average of 13.66 training hours per employee, surpassing the target of 10 hours. This achievement demonstrates the organization's commitment to building workforce capacity, enhancing employee skills, and supporting ongoing professional growth. Increased participation in training opportunities helps ensure employees are equipped to meet current and future organizational needs. Employee Wellness The employee wellness rate was 95.55%, slightly below the target of 98%. Despite not fully reaching the target, the result reflects a strong overall level of employee well-being across the organization. CMC continued to support employee health through workplace wellness initiatives and programs designed to promote physical and mental well-being. Ongoing efforts will focus on strengthening wellness supports and identifying opportunities to further enhance employee health outcomes.
