infinity INTERNAL HEX Implant System

The infinity INTERNAL HEX implant has been designed to work with the leading internal hex implants in the market today. The infinity INTERNAL HEX platform allows for a secure connecting interface between the implant and prosthetic. The precise manufacturing of all INTERNAL HEX components is what separates this system from other compatible dental implant systems. infinity INTERNAL HEX implants are manufactured in the USA from high-strength bio-compatible, grade-23 titanium alloy (Ti 6AI-4V-ELI). The implant’s roughened surface treatment provides an optimal surface topography for osseointegration.

The engineered micro-grooves found on the collar of the implant help maintain crestal bone. The tapered thread design allows for immediate mechanical fixation, which in most instances, allows for early implant loading. The available prosthetics are designed to offer familiar options without the inflated costs. From a single tooth restoration to a full arch, infinity INTERNAL HEX prosthetics are easy to use, and restore functionality at a price that makes sense for your practice.

INTERNAL HEX PLATFORM The popular INTERNAL HEX allows for low-profile restorative options compatible with internal hex configured implants.

COLOR-CODED The entire INTERNAL HEX system is color-coded to easily identify the implant platform connection and its corresponding prosthetics, making it easier for you and your referrals to match the restorative and implant components.

MICRO-GROOVES Placed at the neck of all INTERNAL HEX implants are micro-grooves that aid in maintaining crestal bone.

TAPERED THREAD Allows for immediate mechanical fixation.

RBM TEXTURED SURFACE

For over twenty years, Resorbable Blast Media (RBM) technology has allowed for improved osseointegration. RBM is a surface treatment designed to roughen the surface of an implant without

leaving the residual embedded blast particles or debris in the treated substrate. To achieve the desired roughening, a biocompatible material with a suitable hardened particle size is used and then subsequently dissolved from the surface with a defined passivation treatment. The result is a rougher surface than the traditional acid etch- treatments, providing a greater surface area for osseointegration.

PLATFORM SHIFT (ps) The Ø4.7mm infinity INTERNAL HEX (ps) implant has been developed to create more room for the biologic width. This will aid in crestal bone height and soft tissue maintenance.

FIXTURE-MOUNT/TRANSFER The fixture-mount is designed to allow for easy transfer and implant placement. The mount can be converted for use as a temporary abutment or impression coping. ALIGNMENT GUIDE The flat surface side of the fixture-mount is used to align for correct buccal placement. IMPLANT SUSPENSION CHAMBER Each suspension chamber is color-coded to match the implant’s platform with its restorative components. The suspension chamber securely cradles the implant and allows for easy removal. COVER SCREW Included inside the vial’s bottom cap with every implant.

STERILE PACKAGING All implants come packed sterile with easy-to-read labeling on the pull-back cover, sealing the implant chamber. REMOVING THE FIXTURE-MOUNT 1 Disengage the driver • After placing the implant, disengage the hand or contra angle implant driver tool from the implant and fixture mount by pulling off the tool in a straight upward direction. 2 Remove the fixture mount • Using the offset wrench to prevent the fixture-mount from turning, remove the retaining screw from the top of the fixture-mount using the 1.25mm hand driver . This will allow you to remove the fixture-mount from the implant. 3 Position the implant • With the fixture-mount removed, the implant can, if desired, be repositioned by inserting the 2.5mm ratchet or contra angle hex driver directly into the implant. • Once the implant has been positioned appropriately, a prosthetic attachment and retaining screw can be placed with the 1.25mm hex driver. 4 Optional If desired, the removed fixture-mount can serve as: • an open tray impression coping . • a temporary abutment .

This warranty addresses all aspects of the surgical procedure as long as either an infinity implant or restorative component was used in conjunction with the failed dental implant. The infinity Dental Implant Systems Warranty covers: Same Day Spinners ACE Surgical will replace any infinity Dental Implant that for any reason could not be placed at the time of surgery. Post-Placement, Pre-Loading Implant Failures ACE Surgical will provide you with: • An identical infinity Dental Implant as a replacement. • A $150 product credit to be used to purchase any ACE regenerative product, sutures or instrumentation required to graft the implant site.* • A replacement for any implant that fails post-loading. • A $150 product credit to be used to purchase any ACE regenerative product, sutures or instrumentation required to graft the implant site.* • One additional infinity Dental Implant and corresponding restorative components. Post-loading failure using any infinity restorative component on another manufacturer’s matching configured implant ACE Surgical will provide you with: • An identical infinity restorative component. • A matching configured infinity Dental Implant. STERILE PRODUCT RETURN POLICY Unopened sterile products must be returned to ACE Surgical within 30 days of the purchase date. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to unopened merchandise returned after the 30 day purchase period.

MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM

1. Call our Customer Experience department to report a complaint and obtain an Implant Warranty Form. 2. Complete the Implant Warranty Form and follow all instructions included. 3. You will be sent a replacement implant or prosthetic component for which you will be temporarily invoiced. 4. Decontaminate all products before returning them to ACE Surgical.

5. Submit the following three items to ACE Surgical:

1) a radiograph of the compromised site

2) the completed Implant Warranty Form

3) the decontaminated products

6. You will receive a credit for the implant and/or prosthetic component replacements upon ACE Surgical’s receipt of the implant, radiograph and Implant Warranty Form and processing of the claim.
