Irish Land Commission. THE following Sittings of the Court of the Land Commission for hearing Appeals have been provisionally arranged.

Order XI. of the Rules dated 2nd July, 1910, made under the Land Purchase Acts, applica tion should he made to the Registrar of Titles for the cancellation of any note on the register as to rights and equities made under Section 29 of the Local Registration of Title (Ireland) Act, 1891. 4. Results of Examinations. AT the Preliminary Examination held upon 8th and 9th January, the following passed the examination, and their names are arranged in order of merit :— * 1. John B. Hamill. 2. William R. Luttrell. 3. James A. Russell. John I. M. Carrigg passed the Modified Preliminary Examination for which he had liberty to present himself. The remaining candidates are postponed.
