SOLICITORS' REMUNERATION ACT, 1881, ADAPTATION ORDER, 1946 THE Government, in exercise of the powers con– ferred on them by section 12 of the Adaptation of Enactments Act, 1922 (No. 2 of 1922) (as adapted in consequence of the enactment of the Constitution), and section 5 of the Constitution (Consequential Provisions) Act, 1937 (No, 40 of 1937), hereby order as follows : 1. This Order may be cited as the Solicitors' Remuneration Act, 1881, Adaptation Order, 1946. 2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order. 3.
