Many of us grow up with dreams of becoming sports stars, worshipped by the masses for our scintillating prowess. However, harsh reality hits around 99.99 percent of us at some point, when our ability to speak like David Beckham doesn’t equate to being able to play like him. Enter the management... You can be fat, unfit and completely uncoordinated, but you can still manage those little shits that you envy so much into a well-oiled winning machine! This latest iteration of the hallowed sim brings the usual captivating gaming, with the addition of stats from real life sports analysis mob ProZone. Meanwhile, tactics, AI, animation and customisation all get a look-in for upgrades. Let the show begin!

It’s been a long wait for StarCraft II fans, but their Return of the Jedi is finally here. Yes, the third instalment of Blizzard’s real-time strategy sci-fi standalone trilogy finalises the other sweeping space epic. Star Wars isn’t the only movie that you’ll detect a vibe from though, with creator Chris Metzen describing this as akin to the Greeks versus Persians ancient action-fest 300 . Beginning where Heart of the Swarm left us, the planet Aiur – home of the Protoss race – is under siege by the Zerg (no relation to Buzz Lightyear’s nemesis, natch). You head a final stand against an alarmingly more powerful force. They may take our lives, but they'll never take our freedom!

Mario and friends are back, and are taking you to court! The tennis court, that is. Mario Tennis Ultra Smash lets you play singles or doubles matches, by yourself or with friends, and even includes amiibo compatibility for the likes of Rosalina, Yoshi, Peach, Bowser, and more. Knockout Challenges will allow you to partake in tie-break matches against increasingly difficult opponents, and the Mega Battle mode gives you the chance to grow to gigantic proportions with Mega Mushrooms, giving the term "grand slam" a whole new meaning. For the simpler folk, there's even an ace Classic mode. Perfect for those who like their tennis with a little less Nick Kyrgios. Game, set, match!
