To add equipment that was provided by a contractor, fol low these steps:

1. Check the box by the desired equipment from the Equipment / Entity/Tasl< panel.

2. In the Contractor Equipment panel, enter the details of the equipment.

To delete equipment from the work order,

1. Check the box to the left of the equipment record in the Equipment panel.

The Work Order ELM View

ELM stands for Equipment, Labor, Materials, and is a way to quickly add eqUipment, labor, and material to a work order. Before ELM can be used, the crews must be configured in Server. NOTE: Only the user who creates the crew will be able to view that crew.
