2. Enter a crew name and description in the Name and Description fields.

3. Select a category from the Category drop-down list.

NOrtffI: If the ~tegory drop-down is blank, click I @ I to add categories. 4. Select the Default Storeroom for the crew from the drop-down list.

5. Domain administrators can share crews with their Domain, one or more Groups, or one or more Users.

I k:l Save I to add the crew to the Existing Crews panel. • You can select a crew and click Delete to delete it from the list.

6. Click

• Click Clear Form to clear the entire form.

7. Click on a crew in the Existing Crews panel to highlight it.

8. On the Employee tab, select the employees to be assigned to the crew (multiple employees can be selected using the Shift or Ctrl key).

9. Click..2..J to add the employee(s) to the Crew.

10. Repeat these steps to add Material and Equipment to the highlighted crew.

Now that the crews have been configured, return to the work order.
