On-Island Staff Desperately Needed!! Like all health and medical providers in Maine, Island Commons is facing a staffing crisis, particularly with Certified Residential Medication Aides (CRMA’s). There simply are not enough workers. We offer an atmosphere of respect, teamwork, and caregiving excellence. $22 per hour to start once CRMA certified. Generous shift differentials. Experience preferred; willing to train the right person. The CRMA 40-hour class is now offered ONLINE, at your own pace AND we pay for the class AND we pay you for your class time!
