Red Cut 1 -PU EN 420, EN 388, EN 388: 2016 ANSI/ISEA 105 - 2011 AS/NZS 2161 .2, AS/NZS 2161 .3 A standard liner for minimal risk tasks, this glove achieves a cut level 1 under EN 388. The PU coating provides increased abrasion resistance.

The Portwest Sharp color code system uses 3 colors to clearly identify the cut level of protection these three gloves can provide. The advantage of this system means that health and safety officers can determine if a worker is using the correct level of cut PPE for a particular job. They can conveniently do this from a distance just by identifying the colour of the gloves worn. This colour code system is a great system that more and more work environments are now implementing and specifying when purchasing cut protection gloves.
