the needs of the Company will also be considered when granting planned time off. Please discuss vacation schedules and other planned absences with your supervisor as much in advance as possible. The more advance notice given, the more likely you will be approved for the time off requested. All planned time off must be pre-approved.
The following schedule shows PTO accrued each year of employment:

"Year" means full calendar year. Your first partial calendar year of employment runs from your date of hire to December 31.
Regular employees (not seasonal or temporary) working 24-39 hours per week are eligible to accrue PTO on a prorated schedule in line with your work schedule. For example, if you regularly work 30 hours per week, you would accrue 75% of the PTO amount shown above for your years of service.
PTO must be used in increments no smaller than one-half hour. PTO will be paid out based on your regular rate of pay at the time PTO is used.
Accrued PTO must be used during what would otherwise be an unpaid leave of absence, unless otherwise required by applicable law. You will
