I I W B o a r d o f D i r e c t o r s 2 0 1 5 - 2 0 1 6 Following the modification of the Constitution adopted in 2013, the IIW Board of Directors now comprises a maximum of 15 voting members including the President, Treasurer, two Vice-Presidents and twelve Directors. The International Authorisation Board (IAB) Chair and Technical Management Board (TMB) Chair are ex-officio non-voting members of the Board of Directors. As the terms of office of Prof. Yoshinori Hirata (Japan) and Prof. Dr-Ing. Boyoung Lee (Republic of Korea) as Directors were successfully completed, the General Assembly approved as incoming Directors Prof. Fumiyoshi Minami (Japan), Prof. Américo Scotti (Brazil) and Prof. Yixiong Wu (P.R. of China).
