‘C2S’, a member of the Gauder Group, is a key partner to maintain, restore or improve cable equipment. The division is being assigned upgrading projects, services for cable makers, and a wide spare parts portfolio (all brands). C2S is extending its services capability to the Cortinovis range of equipment and also o ers services for all brands of machine. The C2S engineering and commissioning team has recently been reinforced with ex-Lesmo and ex-Cortinovis engineers, and specialises in successfully up-grading Cortinovis lines and other brands.

Upgrades: C2S upgrades

Automatic die heating and wheel cooling systems ensure rapid pre-heat to the correct starting temperature and maintain optimum extrusion conditions during production without operator intervention. Overall economics are further improved by insert tooling that allows the wearing surface of the main tooling component, the die chamber, to be replaced at minimal cost.
