MR. PATRICK E. O'DONNELL, Solicitor, died on the 13th February, 1935, at his residence, 8 Glentworth Street, Limerick. Mr. O'Donnell was admitted in Trinity Sittings, 1890, and practised at Limerick. He was an ordinary member of the Council from 1928 to 1932, and was Provincial Delegate for Munster for the year 1933-34. MR. JAMES DUNLEVY, Solicitor, died on the 19th February, 1935, at his residence, Bay View, Donegal. Mr. Dunlevy was admitted in Trinity Sittings, 1889, and practised at Donegal. P MR. FRANK T. WALSH, Solicitor, died on the 27th February, 1935, at Dublin. Mr. Walsh served his apprenticeship with his father, the late Mr. James J. Walsh, Dublin ; was admitted in Trinity Sittings, 1901, and practised at 35 Upper Ormond Quay, Dublin, up to 1913, when he retired. COURTS OF JUSTICE BILL, 1934. A deputation from the Council, consisting of the President, the two Vice-Presidents, Mr. E. H. Burne and the Secretary, had an interview on the 8th March, at Government Buildings, with the Attorney-General and Mr. Roche, Secretary of the Ministry of Justice,

in reference to the Courts of Justice Bill. The Minister for Justice was not present owing to illness. Amendments to the Bill, submitted by the deputation, were fully discussed. LIBRARY. The Council returns thanks for the following gifts of books received for the Library of the Society : Nine volumes of Griffith's General Valua– tion of Rateable Property in Ireland. Presented by Miss M. Griffith, Temple Gardens. Dublin (per Messrs. Whitney, Moore and Keller, Solicitors, Dublin). A miscellaneous collection of useful Law Books. Pressnted by Mr. Florence O'Sullivan, Solicitor, 76 Upper Leeson Street, Dublin. CALENDAR. The Calendar of the Society for 1935 can be obtained in the Secretary's Office ; price five shillings, by post five shillings and sixpence.
