Task

Organize tasks.

1. Open Rooms3.mpp . 2. Make the 5 Paint Trim , 6 Paint Walls and 7 Paint Doors tasks subtasks of the Paint Board Room task. 3. Make the 9 Install Light Fixtures , 10 Install Curtains and 11 Install Lights tasks subtasks of the Trim Board Room task. 4. Insert a task called Renovate Board Room task above the 4 Paint Board Room task. Make the 5 Paint Board Room to the 15 Board Room Complete tasks subtasks of the Renovate Board Room task. 5. Insert a task called Renovate Computer Room task above the 16 Electrical Adjust - Computer Room task. Outdent the task. 6. Make the 17 Electrical Adjust - Computer Room to the 20 Install Computers tasks subtasks of the 16 Renovate Computer Room task. 7. Collapse the Paint Board Room and Trim Board Room summary tasks. 8. Show all subtasks. 9. Display level 1 only of the outline. Then, display all subtasks. 10. Delete the 12 Install Lights task. 11. Move the 13 Lay Carpets in Board Room task above the 12 Install Board Room Furniture task. 12. Outdent the 12 Lay Carpets in Board Room task so that it is no longer a subtask of the Trim Board Room summary task. 13. Create the following note for the 12 Lay Carpets in Board Room task: Use the gray Berber for large board room.

14. View the WBS codes. 15. Hide the WBS codes.

16. Display the Project Summary Task. 17. Hide the Project Summary Task. 18. Close the project without saving the changes.
