With additional CNC surcharge $20 on 2c on SYS New York print, $100 on $20 on SYS Shanghai Dah Tung 1st print, and $30 SYS Shanghai Dah Tung print. Tied by bilingual ‘SHANTUNG/ TSINGTAO’ cds, on reverse with bilingual ‘SHENYANG/16.8.47’ arrival cds. Both sides with different ‘Tsingtao Philatelic Society’ chop in black and red, rare.
