Madrid is the city of the movida and keeping early hours; bars, pubs, parties: the madrileños love to go to bed after having lived the night with enthusiasm. The night in Madrid begins with the aperitif time that wouldn’t be the same without a taste of tortilla, obviously with potatoes.
