Do you have employees who train other staff? Achieving the City & Guilds Award in Education and Training allows occupationally competent personnel to deliver training in the workplace in any subject area. This QCF accredited qualification requires candidates to complete the following units: l Roles, responsibilities and relationships in lifelong learning

Course duration: 48 contact hours Time: 09:30 to 16:30 each day Prior knowledge required:

l The candidate should have a sound knowledge of the subject they wish to teach and either have, or be working towards a qualification in the specific subject area.

l An acceptable standard of English, spoken and written, is essential.

l Understanding inclusive learning and teaching l Using inclusive learning and teaching approaches

l Ability to word process assignments and use email would be an advantage.
