S ELLING Y OUR H OME ? a bit. What we do know is that homes sell in any market and the only real change would be how much a home is worth at that exact time in history. Therefore, if we believe a home will sell in any market the question is how to prepare your property to get the best price possible. Today’s millen- nial buyers expect a home to be struc- turally sound. That means you should repair any defects such as basement, roof, furnace, electric or plumbing.
