Races at Monmouth Park racetrack. This year, a new event titled “9 and Nosh” will be held October 3, 2019 at the golf course at Greenbriar at Whittingham. This will be a 9 hole event with light fare afterwards during the awards ceremony. We trust this fun event will become an annual “have to attend” outing! To help further our CAI family, your support of CA-PAC needs to continue and grow. While we recognize that we all have limits on our spending, addressing laws that can have a burdensome effect on our communi- ty association homeowners, and the professionals and service providers to community associations, is a constant challenge and we have to be pre- pared to meet that challenge. n
