Richard Pucciarelli, President of Rambling Knolls Townhouses HOA in Old Bridge, explained to me the Old Bridge Home Owners Association Connection group which started in 2013. The idea and concept result- ed from discussions among ward councilwoman Mrs. Mary Sohor, Steve Mamakas (President, Highview Estates HOA), and Richard. They saw a need to create a forum so all HOA’s could meet regularly, focusing on pro- viding a communication platform to share best practices and information freely.
