Overview „ „ ITU AbsorbTech has the ability to service every Village of Germantown location. „ „ All ITU AbsorbTech facilities are ISO 14001 registered. „ „ ITU AbsorbTech is the current facility supplier for The Village of Germantown. We have outstanding quarterly performance reviews since servicing the village. „ „ ITU AbsorbTech services all of our customers with Genuine Service Excellence and our StraightUp! TM business philosophy. „ „ ITU AbsorbTech is a sustainable company that focuses on the long-term prosperity of our people, our customers, our community and our company. Floor Care „ „ ITU AbsorbTech will provide custom floor mat solutions designed to maximize coverage and cost efficiency. „ „ ITU AbsorbTech will process all floor mats with detergent and dry all mats prior to delivery to ensure a clean product. „ „ Custom service frequencies include weekly, every other week, every fourth week and seasonal service based on application and to maximize cost efficiency.

Towels „ „ ITU AbsorbTech will provide 100% cotton shop, bar and huck towels and 75/25% white and blue cotton roll towels. „ „ ITU AbsorbTech has the capability to provide 13 types of application specific towels based on need. „ „ ITU AbsorbTech will process all towels utilizing our environmentally preferred processes. „ „ ITU AbsorbTech will monitor recovered waste and provide The Village of Germantown with recovery data indicating total landfill reductions. Mops „ „ ITU AbsorbTech will provide dust mops as needed. „ „ ITU AbsorbTech will proactively monitor inventory and utilization to maximize cost efficiency. „ „ Mop handles will be provided at no cost.

Terms and Conditions

„ „ Proposed rates are based on a minimum 12 month service agreement, terms and conditions to be mutually agreed upon.

„ „ Unit rates will be held fixed for the duration of the agreement up to 36 months.

„ „ No additional charges ie: utility, environmental, waste water, auto replacement, etc.

„ „ Floor mats will be the same cost regardless of delivery frequency or seasonality.

„ „ Shop towels, mops, and floor mats are billed at 100% of inventory needed to service the account.

„ „ Inventory adjustments must be approved by The Village of Germantown personnel in writing.

„ „ ITU AbsorbTech will provide a dedicated service representative for The Village of Germantown.

„ „ ITU AbsorbTech maintains ownership of all products provided (excluding direct purchase items).

„ „ Access to facilities be granted to ITU AbsorbTech Monday through Friday during normal business hours
