8 COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS SIGNED

The company pays special attention to social dialogue and encourages collective bargaining. Eight collective agreements were negotiated and signed in 2018 for: ◆ reorganisation of work time; ◆ profit-sharing;

◆ organisation procedures with the employee representatives (IRP); ◆ preparation for CSE (Social and Economic Committee) implementation.
