Re:

Ellis Wastewater IPC-4-1100 & DOW Tequatic

Hello Phil, Ellis Wastewater is pleased to provide you with the following information and specifications in regards to our Inclined Plate Clarifier (IPC) Model IPC-4-110, Dow Tequatic™, and optional reuse collection system. As a result of pilot testing we have designed this system to perform without any chemical conditioning. Due to the nature of starch upon settling and compaction we strongly believe this system will require the highest level of automation and preventative cleaning features as possible. Without such features your pumps, auger, switches, valves, etc. are highly susceptible to failure due to starch accumulation. If/when starch accumulates within the system you will be forced to shut the system down, open necessary clogged and/or failing components, and manually remove accumulated materials. We strive to be your single source in your wastewater project. Ellis offers a complete line of wastewater equipment and control systems. Process evaluation, installation, equipment commissioning and operator training have been incorporated into the pricing of the equipment package. We look forward to answering any questions or concerns you may have regarding your project. Regards,
