Thank you to all the members who paid their dues on time! Makes my job so much easier. $133,775 has been deposited into the Membership account YTD. This includes. 107,150 as of April and $22,137.50 in May split payments. We also had the majority of $5000 of Initiations fees deposited this week. We have 6 new members joining us this year. They will be introduced at the end of the meeting. Please say hi and introduce yourselves. The NCYC Budget for 2016 projected $152,100 for dues, initiation, work /pay and application fees. We hope to see more application fees in 2016 and hopefully NO work or pay payments. So that leaves us with a shortfall of $18,325. This is due to one more new member being budgeted and a few more losses than expected, due to moving out of state, and sadly, some passing away. Roster update: Rosters include all members. Leave of Absence members are also included. Remember, LOA members are not allowed to enjoy the club. I am still working on matching the on-line database to the roster since these two items are NOT linked. Next year I will be mailing an additional page with the dues to resubmit all roster data to help make the roster more accurate. Please help by filling it out. There is a Recruitment binder at the bar. In it is coupons for Buy one night, get a night free to be given to your friends who might make a good member. Please sign their name and contact information in the book so we can follow up. Also applications are in the binder. Thank you and welcome back to each and every member. Have a fun year!
