What if my tenant doesn’t pay on time?

Sophisticated e-commerce systems minimise rental arrears. Our facility allows tenants to pay their rent online and encourages the ability to setup an ongoing schedule of payments.

We monitor rental payments daily and if needed, follow up by phone, SMS, email and with posted reminders.

In accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act, if a tenant is behind in their rental payments, we can issue a Breach and/or Termination Notice in consultation with you the Landlord at every stage.

What is Landlords Protection Insurance?

It is important to ensure that your investment is thoroughly insured.

Every investor should strongly consider taking out Landlords Protection Insurance. For a small fee, in most cases less than half a week’s rent for a year’s cover, you can take out a policy to cover your tenant and your contents.
