DISC GOLF COURSE Montgomery County Parks & Recreation has a 38-hole Disc Golf course for you to enjoy. This is a very unique course that consists of wooded fairways, with a variety of elevation changes. This course is the 5th largest east of the Mississippi! The course is free to play; all we ask is that you take out what you bring in. If you have any questions, give us a call at 540-382-6975. Before you play The Rules: Throw a disc from tee to target over each hole of the course in the fewest throws. Each throw after the tee shot is addressed as a stroke from the line of the previous throw. Discs thrown over fencing or stuck in a tree at least six feet high are considered a penalty stroke. Par for each 19-hole course is 57. Remember to yield to trail users when crossing paths. Have fun and good luck! The Map : Follow the map (next page) through each 19-hole course - Golden Bear, lower course (blue line) or Black Bear, top course (green line).
