LEVEL 3 HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE (CACHE) This CACHE Level 3 study programme is designed to enable you to develop the skills and knowledge needed to work in a wide variety of roles within the Health and Social Care sector. Alongside studying modules covering areas such as dementia, person-centred approaches and active support, you will attend a mandatory work placement 2 days per week for the duration of your study programme. Upon completion of this, you could progress into employment. LEVEL 1 HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE/EARLY YEARS This study programme will develop your knowledge and awareness of the types of skills needed in the Health, Social Care and Children’s and Young People’s professions. You will learn about the roles played by workers and the principles and values needed, as well as health and safety, equality and inclusion, human development, and more. Upon completion of this, you could progress onto our Level 2 programme in either Early Years or Health and Social Care. Level 3 1 Year Main Campus

LEVEL 3 HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE (BTEC) The BTEC Level 3 study programme prepares you for employment in the sector or, for higher education. It is mapped to the NHS Knowledge and Skills Framework, which was developed as part of the Agenda for Change process for updating the way NHS staff roles are defined and developed. As part of this programme, you will develop skills in anatomy and physiology, life development, psychological perspectives for social care, and more. You will also benefit from gaining work experience in the sector to aid your career choices. Upon completion of this, you could progress onto university or into employment. LEVEL 2 HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE This study programme will develop your knowledge and skills when working with adults in Health and Social Care environments. It covers a wide range of areas including supporting individuals with their physical and emotional care, daily living needs and health care procedures. You will cover three pathways: Generic Health and Social Care, Dementia and Learning Disability. Upon completion of this, you could progress onto our Level 3 programme, or an apprenticeship.
