Celebration of Life Ceremony The Massachusetts Department of Correction (MADOC) holds its 14 th Annual Celebration of Life Ceremony at St. Jude Church in Norfolk, MA with Commissioner Carol A. Mici as one of the speakers. A selection of songs are performed and colleagues read remembrances of DOC staff that passed away this past year.
