BUDGET ANALYSIS AND DISCUSSION (BAD) SEMINAR Attend the Budget Analysis and Discussion (BAD) Seminar for the most in-depth analysis on the 2020-21 state budget. This comprehensive seminar will provide insights on the budget process and final version of the legislation. This workshop will take place in the Virginia Building, Grand Ballroom on the South side of the building. Parking is available nearby in the East, Central or South lots.
