BADIA A COLTIBUONO Chianti Classico 2015

ORMANNI Chianti Classico Riserva Borro del Diavolo 2013 Located near Barberina Val d’Elsa in the province of Florence, Borro del Diavolo produces grapes exclusively for this Chianti Classico Riserva. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and matured for 20 months in oak barrels followed by a minimum of four months in bottle. 90WA 30201067 80% Sangiovese is blended with indigenous varieties such as Abrusco, Pugnitello, Malvasia Nera from Castelnuovo Berardenga, Siena. Each variety was fermented separately in steel, followed by a 22 day maceration. Aged for 24 months, 50% in large 60-100HL Slavonian oak casks and 50% in 225- and 500L French oak barriques. Bottle aging for eight months. 30202128 SAN FELICE Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Il Grigio 2014 Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Poggio Rosso Single Vineyard 2011 Sangiovese from Castelnuovo Berardenga is planted to medium textured Alberese and Galestro with gravel-pebble mixture on sandstone. 20-25 days fermentation on its skins is followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged for 20 months in 500L French oak casks, then 15 months aging in bottle. 92WA 30131429 Vin Santo del Chianti Classico Belcaro 2008 Trebbiano from S.Anna and San Vito vineyards is planted to medium-textured, predominantly calcareous marl, with abundant gravel-pebble mixture. After harvest the hand-picked grape clusters are dried on straw mats called paglie. The must ferments, and then ages five years in 225L French oak barrels, followed by 12 months in the bottle. 30144000

Certified organically grown Sangiovese and Canaiolo was hand-harvested from vines planted to clay and limestone rock and the average age of the vines are 14-39 years old. Aged for 12 months in French and Austrian oak casks of varying sizes. 92WE 30193365 CASTELLO DI CACCHIANO Chianti Classico 2011 Sangiovese (95%), Canaiolo, Malvasia Nera, Colorino from Monti in Chianti is planted to Alberese of medium consistency, with a substantial content of crumbled limestone. Fermentation and maceration lasted three weeks. The wine aged for 50 months in French oak barrels, tonneaux and barriques. 91JS 30178661 FALCHINI Chianti Colli Senesi Titolato Colombaia 2014 90% Sangiovese and other red grapes. Traditional fermentation with frequent pumping over in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Aged in French oak barrels for 3 or 4 months before being bottled. 30187966 95% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo & Malvasia Nera. Located on the slopes of Monte Albano between Florence and Pisa, Faltognano Chianti Montalbano comes from the medieval village of Vinci, the hometown of Leonardo da Vinci. FATTORIA SELVAPIANA Chianti Rufina Riserva Bucerchiale 2013

Sangiovese with a small amount of Canaiolo are vinified in stainless steel. It then spends time in steel tanks (30%), Sessile oak casks (50%) and barriques (20%). After blending, the wine is refined in French oak casks for 2 to 3 months. 93WA 30195832
