Domaine Benoit Badoz Founded in 1659, Domaine Badoz is located in the town of Poligny, in the Jura region. Winemaker Benoit Badoz represents the 10th generation of vintners at their family domaine. The vineyards are planted at 984-1148 feet to a mix of blue, grey and red marne. Benoit cultivates his 20 acres of vineyards, uses no chemical products, and plows the soil. These practices enhance the vineyard’s biodiversity and encourage a variety of yeasts on the grape skins. The Badoz collection is distinguished for the its vivid expression of the Jurassien grape varieties and styles offered. They are pursing organic certification, which should be completed with the 2019 vintage. Martinoro A Martin Scott Wines & Sprits exclusive. From Abruzzo, Italy, this Montepulciano presents so acidity, mild tannin and bright red berry and cherry fruit with a distinct spicy character. This wine is intended to be consumed in its youth and is a terrific complement to roasted meats, vegetables, pastas and pizza. Available in 750ml and 1.5ml bottles. Ransom Spirits Ransom was established in 1997 by Tad Seestedt, They distill their spirits in a hand-hammered, direct-fired French alembic pot still, making all of the selective cuts by taste and

smell, without the use of computers or robots. This labor intensive, traditional method of distillation retains greater aromatic intensity and body from the raw materials. They mash and ferment the base wort on site weekly in small batches, sourcing local and organic grains where possible and incorporating barley grown on its own farm. The gins include the finest natural botanicals, many of which are organically grown in Oregon. Bell’Aja Bolgheri by Agricola San Felice

San Felice lands in Bolgheri. Consistent with its philosophy of making wine from estate-grown grapes, San Felice located 14 acres of vineyards near Le Sondraie, an area close to the likes of Sassicaia, Masseto, and Ornellaia. The vines, averaging five years old and planted in the silt-sand soils, amount to five acres of Cabernet Sauvignon and nine acres of Merlot. They produce two wines, Bolgheri and Bolgheri Superiore.
