What is something you learned in the last week? Robert Marchand of France set a cycling world record on 1/04/2017 in the 105 plus year-old age group (a bicycling age category created just for him). He rode 14.010 miles (22.547 kilometers) completing 92 laps in one hour at France’sVelodrome National. His record gives me motivation to keep moving for continued active enjoyment in later years.
