Strawberry Fizz Mimosas
Ingredients:
- 7 cups sliced fresh strawberries (about 2 quarts) - 3 cups orange juice - 4 cups champagne or prosecco, chilled - Fresh strawberries for garnish - Edible glitter
Directions: Place half of the strawberries and half of the orange juice in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Press the mixture through a fine mesh strainer. Repeat with remaining strawberries and orange juice. Pour 2/3 cup strawberry mixture into each champagne flute or wine glass. Top each with about 1/3 cup champagne or prosecco. Stir in edible glitter with a spoon and serve with freshly cut strawberries for garnish. Please enjoy responsibly.
*Optional: If you have a juicer, replace the blended strawberries and orange juice mixture with fresh strawberry juice.
