Description Originally built in 1997, complete replacement of the playground equipment, ADA requirements, surface material, drain tile, and border sections at Meadows.
As part of the Parks Master Plan, it was identified to give additional consideration for a larger playground at this location - trails, shelter, with the idea of creating a bigger more attractive playground with additional focus on trail connections throughout the city.
Justification 25 year replacement cycle evaluated for parts availability and safety guidelines.
