Justification Conversion to LED lighting in the will a) decrease the amount of time spent by facilities maintenance replacing bulbs and ballasts and b) decrease the cost to light the room. Typical payback for energy efficiency is between three and seven years. If energy efficiency grants are available, they will be applied for.
