Bullard NXT Thermal Imager

OPTIONAL ETT

The number (0-99) is a reference point indicating the relative level of ETT engagement; by itself it has no specific meaning. When engaged, the LEFT and RIGHT buttons adjust ETT. There are three ways to disengage ETT: (1) depress both LEFT and RIGHT buttons (2) exit TI BASIC PLUS mode by pressing the POWER button (3) cycle the ETT engagement reading past 99

Electronic Thermal Throttle (ETT) is a hot spot indicator for locating heat sources in overhaul and size up, electrical troubleshooting etc. When engaged, ETT senses the hottest area in the scene and colors it blue.

ETT is only available in TI BASIC PLUS mode. To engage ETT, enter TI BASIC PLUS mode by holding the LEFT button for approximately three seconds. After the PLUS mode indicator is illuminated, then press the LEFT button again to engage ETT. “TT**” will appear on the screen.
