Money won will count for 2018 PRCA World Standings and 2018 Xtreme Bulls Standings. It will not count for All Around standings, circuit standings or towards a circuit rodeo count. Contestants who qualify for the progressive go-round will be charged an additional $45 stock charge. Extras will be used to replace sick or injured animals. The misdraw procedure will not be used. ALL CONTESTANTS - Only the first 3 animals in each go-round will be required to run in drawn order. Contestants are required to go to a minimum of 15 PRCA rodeos for the money won at this even to count towards 2018 World standings or the 2018 Rookie of the Year standings. PERFS: 3 Perfs: April 24- 7:30 PM; April 25- 7:30 PM; April 26- 7:30 PM EVENTS: BR @ $12000 SPECIAL ENTRY FEES: BR-$100 IF 1/$150 IF 2 PERMITS: BR GROUND RULES: ALL CONTESTANTS - Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Thurs., April 19 between 9 AM and 11 AM. See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. TRADE DEADLINE - Wed., April 18 at 5 PM. All confirmed trades will be final and will be processed immediately after both involved parties have confirmed through PROCOM. COMPETITION FORMAT - 105 minimum entries. (May be two go-rounds depending on the number of entries. If two go-rounds, back to back same performance). IN ORDER OF SELECTION : - 70% top money, - 30% top circuit. NOTIFY PROCOM : Notification must be made at the time of entry if claiming an exemption from qualification. Anyone claiming an exemption must have entered and paid fees at a minimum of twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2017 rodeo year, unless the contestant qualifies for a medical exemption. Contestants claiming medical exemptions must have been injured at least six (6) months during the 2017 rodeo year. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls Event. CHECK-IN: Contestants must check in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES: PROCOM will establish an alternate list, based on 2017 money won as of 7 days prior to entry closing. (Only contestants drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates). Contestants who are placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X- Bulls Event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at the time of entry may check in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant notifies a turn-out and is replaced by an alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the entry fees. The rodeo will not count toward the official rodeo count for the turned-out contestant. If the contestant that notified the turn-out is not replaced by an alternate, he will be responsible for the entry fees and the rodeo will count towards the official rodeo count.
