Mr. Dixon gave a excellent talk, regaling the group with stories about the ball players that were the Negro League baseball teams. The KC Monarchs were among the highlights of his nar ration. Mr. Dixon is a renowned baseball writer and his torian who has given over 200 talks in 17 states. He was a charter member of the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum. Dixon is a Kansas Humanities speaker.
