Game Ready Systems are the secret weapon of
competitors and veterinarians for preventing injury
in their horses and ac-
celerating recovery from
a multitude of ailments.
The Game Ready System
is used for post-workout
therapy, chronic lame-
ness, acute lameness,
cellulitis, tendonitis, pre-
and post-operative care,
bowed tendons, stocked-
up legs, wind puffs, and
more. Delivering dry cold and active compression.
next county as no one ever found it! This saddle
also remains in usable condition and an integral
part of the family’s history.
The owner of this last Shipley working saddle
purchased it at a saddle shop in Kansas. It
had been taken in on trade for a new saddle.
It has 14 inch wide
swells and a high
back. I would say
this gives new mean-
ing to Gene Autry’s
song—“I’m back in
the saddle again”
(to stay)! The new
owner had the sad-
dle refurbished and
the horn replaced
in 2001. At that time the saddle maker’s initials
CW and 29 were found on the tree. I would really
like to know about CW who made this saddle in
1929.
I hope all of our readers have enjoyed seeing
and learning about these beautiful old Shipley
saddles. I will have more old saddles from an-
other saddle company to share in the fall issue
of EHAL.
DON’T MISS IT!
